Firm Information

Hurtado Zimmerman SC is located in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, and focuses its practice exclusively in the areas of construction, real property development and public bond finance law. Our attorneys all have significant prior construction experience, in addition to being licensed to practice law. This gives us an excellent understanding of the issues architectural professionals face — from formation of an architectural practice, to custom contract preparation and negotiation, and through resolution of complex, multiparty disputes involving design and professional liability insurance coverage issues. We listen, we are careful and we work as cost-effectively as possible to provide pragmatic solutions for our clients.
