Since moving to Arizona in 1984, Michael Dulberg has focused on construction law and litigation. He has represented the entire gamut within the construction industry from owners to design professionals, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. He has handled administrative proceedings under the Arizona Procurement Code and complaints before the Registrar of Contractors and Board of Technical Registration.

Michael has also been involved in drafting and negotiating construction and design contracts on a multitude of projects. Michael is a fellow in the Construction Lawyers Society of America and has been included in The Best Lawyers in America for Construction Law and Litigation – Construction since 2014. He is AV rated by Martindale Hubbell, its highest rating for legal ability and ethical standards and was also named to the 2014 Top Lawyers List for Construction Litigation by AZ Business Magazine. He received his B.A. from Columbia and his J.D. from Harvard Law School.
