Firm Information
Since its establishment, the name Carr Allison has been synonymous with outstanding professional service. Civil litigation is the backbone of the firm’s legal work, focusing on a broad spectrum of defense specialties. Carr Allison was formed in Birmingham, in 1997, by a small group of attorneys who saw a critical need in the corporate community for litigation support combining absolute command of the law with a personal understanding of the nuances involved in presenting cases to judges and juries.
As our client base expanded, we opened additional offices, always led by locally established, well regarded attorneys, across the state and into Mississippi, Florida and Tennessee. Today, Carr Allison’s attorneys are within two hours of any courtroom in which we practice. We’re also consistently driven individuals. We’d like to think this firm has never been outworked on a case and never will be.
At the same time, we’re a harmonious group. We enjoy working with each other. We enjoy working with our clients. Because ultimately, we believe great work starts with great working relationships.
