Mark Davis has represented architects and engineers in pursuing and defending claims and in negotiating and drafting contracts for more than 20 years. He worked for a leading engineering firm in west Texas before attending law school and has remained active in the A/E community since that time.
Jessica Hardy earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Auburn University in 2002 and practiced as an architect for several years before changing paths and attending law school. Jessica’s experience in the field is an important resource for the firm’s A/E work.

The construction industry has been a focus of Craddock Davis and Krause’s practice for many years. The firm represents a variety of contractors, subcontractors and design professionals in all aspects of the construction business throughout the southwest and the firm maintains a fully staffed office in Santa Fe New Mexico. This includes business disputes as well as transactional work and litigation, both defending and pursuing claims when necessary. The firm represents a range of clients from local groups to Fortune 500 companies.
