Michael Gerstle graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1986 with a degree in civil engineering. He obtained his Professional Engineer’s license in New York in 1990 after practicing structural engineering in New York and Connecticut. In 1993, he obtained his law license in Texas and began representing architects and engineers in construction-related disputes. In 2006, Mr. Gerstle founded his current firm with a continued focus on representing architects, engineers, and other members of design and construction industry.
Corley Hines graduated from the University of Mississippi in 2004 with a degree in civil engineering. In 2007, she graduated from St. Thomas University in Florida. Since graduation, Mr. Hines has represented design professionals in a variety of construction-related disputes.

Our firm’s mission is to lessen the burden of architects, engineers, and other members of the construction industry by handling claims in a compassionate and efficient manner, providing proactive risk management advice, and assisting in negotiation and preparation of contracts. We pride ourselves on being knowledgeable, approachable, and engaged.
