Michael Botnick is a member with more than 40 years of experience in commercial litigation and construction matters. He is a certified mediator and is admitted to the American Arbitration Association National Roster of Arbitrators and Mediators for his extensive experience in handling commercial transactions and construction matters. In the last 28 years, Michael has dedicated a hefty portion of his time practicing construction law and handling litigation cases involving disputes, an area in which he has been recognized in Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business. Chambers USA states that Michael is noted for his construction litigation strengths on behalf of clients in the public and private sectors. Peers praise his pragmatic approach to disputes and his focus on reaching the best solution for clients, whether by a negotiated settlement or litigation.
