Firm Information

As one of the state’s leading business law firms, we have a particular depth of knowledge related to NJ’s regulatory structure and its impact on the state’s building and construction industry. Providing representation in conjunction with residential and commercial construction projects, our work is inclusive of all aspects of construction-related legal issues, encompassing both the transactional side of the construction business and representation in adversarial proceedings and litigation. Clients include developers, builders, property owners, common interest communities, general and specialty contractors, engineers, architects, design professionals, material suppliers, insurers, lenders and public sector clients. We take a protective and preemptive approach to the drafting and negotiation of contracts and agreements, and always seek to help our clients avoid or resolve disputes in a cost-effective manner, and with a minimum of business disruption.
