Hall Render’s represents health care clients around the country on all types and sizes of construction projects, including renovation of existing space, expansion of existing facilities, or the construction of a new facility or campus. We encourage clients to involve us early in the project planning so that we can provide advice regarding the type and nature of construction delivery system. We either prepares the contract agreements for the design and construction of the work or reviews contract agreements that may be prepared by other parties, to ensure that the agreements are complementary, consistent with each other, and adequately protect our clients’ interests. We will continue to work with the health care client throughout the design and construction phases of the project, providing timely advice on the many issues that can arise during a construction project.
