George Christodoulo has extensive experience in providing legal services to architecture firms on a national basis, with an emphasis on internal ownership transition, mergers and acquisitions, employment law, shareholder agreements, fiduciary duties of directors, professional licensure, professional liability defense and termination of principals.

Mark Dickison‘s practice focuses on complex litigation: professional liability defense, intellectual property, business & employment law, and environmental law. A trial attorney, he has brought several cases to successful jury verdicts.

Mike Williams‘s practice includes several professional liability defense cases.

Trish Farnsworth‘s practice includes mergers & acquisitions, corporate matters, and professional licensure compliance for members of the design profession.
