~ Jane Curran Pandell, Esq., has extensive experience in arbitrations, mediations, trials and appellate practice in state and federal courts representing design and construction professionals, and owners/developers. Her jury trial experience includes the achievement of unanimous defense verdicts in professional malpractice and products liability litigation. Her appellate work includes published cases on construction law and legal ethics.
~ Jill C. Darsow, Esq., earned a civil engineering degree from U.C. Berkeley and worked as a cost estimator and project engineer before becoming an attorney.
~ Jerome C. Pandell, Esq., recently won his first two trials, successfully defending an architect accused of negligence, fraud, and breach of contract as well as a directed verdict for a structural engineer. He also recently achieved partial summary judgment on behalf of an engineer in a real estate transaction case, thereby fostering a quick settlement for a fraction of the claimed damages.
