Partridge, Smith’s A/E attorneys, including Winston Grow and Phil Partridge, have been defending architects and engineers for over 25 years. This includes defending the lead architect in five separate multi-million dollar construction defect lawsuits involving high rise condominiums along the Alabama Gulf Coast. As part of their construction practice, they regularly prepare and/or review client contracts and general conditions of the contract for construction.
