Gregg S. Weinberg has represented design professionals (architects engineers surveyors) for over 20 years and is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law and Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Gregg is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), National Board of Trial Advocacy, SPE Society of Petroleum Engineers and National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD). He has tried multiple cases to jury verdict, and is assisted by Dawn Holiday and Rick Anderson. Construction defect litigation is an additional area focused on by other attorneys of our firm.
