Our Construction Practice Group is comprised of skilled litigators and transactional lawyers who enjoy national reputations for their construction work. We are engaged to advise on a wide range of legal services, from business formation and practice management, to project-related advice, including procurement and delivery, drafting and negotiating design and construction contracts, claims and dispute resolution. Our group’s attorneys have dedicated their professional careers to the construction industry, including attorneys that are former design professionals.
