The firm’s principals have more than three decades combined experience representing design professionals in civil litigation, disciplinary proceedings, and general business matters.

Casey Ann Quillen began her legal career with a Colorado Supreme Court clerkship for the Honorable Justice Rebecca Love Kourlis. Since that time, she has served as lead counsel in over twenty jury and bench trials and appeared before the Colorado Supreme Court and Colorado Court of Appeals. Casey is admitted to practice at all levels of State and Federal Court in Colorado and the Supreme Court of the United States of America. She is an AV rated attorney and has been twice listed as a Rising Star by SuperLawyers magazine.

Jeffrey Clay Ruebel is an accomplished trial lawyer with over 60 civil jury trials of 3-days or longer. He has handled innumerable bench trials, arbitrations, and administrative proceedings. Jeff is an AV rated attorney and member of the American Board of Trial Advocates.
