Sugarman Law Firm has represented design professionals for over 50 years. Our A/E attorneys regularly review and negotiate contracts for design professionals to help them manage risk. We also provide assistance to design professionals when issues arise during the course of a project and vigorously defend our clients at mediation, arbitration or litigation when claims are made. Additionally, as a service to the design community, we present continuing education seminars to both architects and engineers.
