Kevin J. Gleeson is a litigator and a construction law attorney with more than 30 years of experience. On a national level, he continues to represent large international engineering and design firms, construction, CM, Design Build and masonry contractors in the areas of litigation, environmental issues, FHA and ADA claims. He has negotiated and penned complex construction contracts, including Integrated Construction Agreements and real estate transactions. He is a frequent presenter before contractors, architects and other professionals working in the construction industry. He is a member of the Construction Forum Panel of Arbitrators for Complex Claims and has been honored with a 2013 and 2015 Best Lawyers/Lawyer of the Year for Construction Law in Detroit, MI. Martindale-Hubbell has rated him as AV-Preeminent for Ethical Standards and Legal Ability.
