Gerry Stovall is a licensed professional engineer with a masters degree in geotechnical engineering and over 12 post-graduate years of experience working in the construction industry.
Gerry has been practicing construction law for 30 years. He assists clients with all phases of a construction project, from selection of the appropriate delivery systems, preparing and negotiating the contract documents, through project administration and closeout, to avoiding and resolving disputes that can arise on a construction project.
Gerry is a Fellow in the American College of Construction Lawyers, and serves on the American Arbitration Association’s National Panel of Arbitrators and Panel of Mediators. He has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America, Kentucky Super Lawyers, The International Who’s Who of Construction Lawyers, and Chambers and Partners USA: America’s Leading Lawyers in Construction, Band 1.

We have represented architects and engineers, public and private owners, developers, general and specialty contractors, material and equipment suppliers, and insurance and surety companies across the country on construction-related matters.
