AIA Trust’s Group Employee Term Life and AD&D Insurance offers your staff peace of mind by helping to protect their loved ones financially should the unexpected happen. Valuable life insurance protection like the AIA Trust’s can be an important part of your employees’ financial security and job satisfaction. 

For your firm to be eligible, there must be at least two persons on the payroll that are Actively at Work (defined in Product Overview). 

Choose from two plans to offer your employees:

  • Plan 1: Covers your employees for a benefit amount up to one times their annual salary, not to exceed $50,000.
  • Plan 2: Covers your employees for a benefit amount up to two times their annual salary, not to exceed $100,000.

Note: Annual salary does not include bonuses, overtime pay, or any additional compensation. Benefits will be rounded to the next higher $1,000 benefit amount. The maximum amount of coverage an employee can have is $50,000 under Plan 1 and $100,000 under Plan 2.
