A group variable annuity is a long-term financial product designed for retirement purposes. In essence, a group variable annuity is a contractual agreement in which payments(s) are made to an insurance company on behalf of retirement plan participants, which agrees to pay out an income or a lump sum amount at a later date to those participants. There are contract limitations and fees and charges associated with group variable annuities, which include, but are not limited to, administrative fees and charges for investment management. Contact a Retirement Program Specialist for costs and complete details. Variable annuities are subject to market risk including loss of principal. Earnings are taxable as ordinary income when distributed and may be subject to an additional 10% federal tax if withdrawn before age 59½.  There are fees and charges associated with a variable annuity contract, which include, but are not limited to, operations charges, sales and withdrawal charges and administrative fees. Withdrawals from a company-sponsored retirement plan are subject to normal income tax treatment and if taken prior to age 59 ½ may be subject to an additional 10% federal income tax penalty. Tax-qualified retirement plans already provide tax deferral, under the Internal Revenue Code. Deferral of an annuity contract does not provide any additional tax benefits. Before purchasing such an annuity, you should consider whether its features and benefits beyond tax deferral meet your needs and goals. You may also want to consider the relative features, benefits, and costs of the annuity contract compared with any other investments you may use. All contract and rider guarantees, including optional benefits and any fixed subaccount crediting rates or annuity payout rates, are backed by the claims-paying ability of Equitable Financial.

Please consider the charges, risks, expenses, and investment objectives carefully before purchasing a variable annuity. For a prospectus containing this and other information, please contact a financial professional. Read it carefully before you invest or send money.
