Jones Waldo has one of the most active construction law practices in the Intermountain West. Our A/E attorneys practice in every area of construction law and are major players in the construction litigation arena. Over thirty years ago, our principal entry into that practice was for Design Professionals Insurance Company, defending architects and engineers in litigation. Our practice has grown to include relationships with many respected A/E professional liability insurers and all facets of construction law, including planning, financing, design, bidding and negotiating, bonding, contracting, liens, and dispute resolution. Craig R. Mariger, Esq., a practitioner with over 30 years of experience, and Adam T. Mow, AIA, Esq., a licensed architect turned attorney, lead this practice.
