The Firm has been heavily involved in the construction industry since the Firm’s inception and focuses on the representation of design professionals. The Firm is committed to the representation of its clients throughout the course of a construction project from initial conception of the project and contract formation through the design phase and to final project completion, including participation in all aspects of dispute resolution such as negotiation, mediation, arbitration and litigation if necessary. The Firm also assists its design professional clients in all areas of their day to day practice such as with corporate and employment issues. Two of the members of the A/E team at the Firm are Professional Engineers as well as attorneys. The Firm is committed to providing the best legal protection possible to each and every client.
